Selection Procedure

As per the specific requirement of our client, a systematic procedure is being followed so that the right candidate is made available, who can fit the required criteria. We identify the specific areas / site where we could locate the suitable person. We then use our computerized data bank, personal contact and / or advertise in regional newspaper to invite the applicant. Our senior staff is capable of handling requirement at all the level. Once we receive the list of selected candidate from the clients we send these candidates for a strict medical checkup from recognizes medical center. Scanned copy of their medical report is sent to the client for visa processing. On receiving the visas we clear all the formalities such as emigration, ticketing etc in the shortest time possible.

As per your list after completion of your interview, the selected candidates will send for the medical test, after they passed we will confirm you by email to submit the documents for visa.

6. Formalities and Mobilization

On behalf of your company, our company shall undertake in all the pertinent activities for the speed dispatch of the selected candidates, including the coordination with the National Board for the Placement and Protection of home country Overseas Workers for immigration use.

Likewise we shall coordinate with the respective embassies for the release of visa or work entry permits and Certificates Attestation for the selected candidates.
